Scouting makes it easy for families to get outside and participate in fun adventures with a group of experienced, trained leaders. Join Cub Scout Pack 247 (PV Pack) for adventures like camping, hiking, fishing, biking and more! Individual Dens have smaller group adventures that are tailored to the Scout age and interests. Parents play a critical role in the Pack Committee and volunteer Den Leaders.

Cub Scouts learn valuable life skills like teamwork, leadership, self-reliance, and citizenship while in a safe, well-supervised environment. The Aims of Scouting are: Character, Citizenship, Personal Fitness, and Leadership. The mission of Scouting America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

The safety of children in our programs is the most important priority of Scouting America.
